- Reinforces entire axle and provides flat surface for upper link mounting.
- Heavy-duty truss withstands serious abuse, thanks to 3/8" thick top and 1/4" thick gussets.
- Unique design strengthens axle and link mounting surface, allowing for selection of pinion angles.
- Fits Sterling 10.25 axles with centered differential and 9.75"/10.5" axles with minor trimming.
- Low profile design allows ideal geometry for link joints and easy fitment into any vehicle.
- Interlocked 1/4" thick gussets maximize strength and easy assembly.

Axle truss
This truss is exactly what i was expecting great quality for a great price. I used it on my 9.75 rearend and just like they said there needed to be just two small spots to trim and it fit right on. Will be using this company in the future.
9.75" on Prerunner
Had to cut the ends off to clear the frame on my 2001 F150 Prerunner as the 9.75 axle at full bump is within an inch or so of hitting the bottom of the frame rail. The Artec truss really beefs up the axle and well worth the price even having to do some trimming.
YJ BUILD
Bought the sterling 10.25 truss for my 9.75. The guy at Artec said it would have to be trimmed to make it work and he was spot on. I had to clearance the truss in 3 spots with a skinny wheel and use a flapper to get it on there. It was very easy and a work of art. Its the only way to go to get some strength and upper link mounts on this axle. The truss looks so good a didnt want to even paint it. Sprayed a clear coat on it cause its so beautiful. Thanks guys
Do you know if this truss will work in a JKU with a motobilt rear mount gas tank?
A — Staff (Artec Team): We have not test fit that combination, We can not guarantee they will fit in conjunction .
Will this truss work for a sterling 10.5 from a 2006 Ford F250? I am putting this axle on a 2003 wrangler TJ with coilovers and a 4 link set up?
A — Staff (Artec Team): Yes, this will work for your application and build .
Is this truss only good for axle swaps or can I install it on my F250 that came stock with a sterling 10.5 rear axle?
A — Staff (Artec Team): The Tr1001 is intended for a vehicle with link style suspension and coil overs. With an F250 I would suggest the modular or short truss that will fit between the leaf springs .
Does the truss come with the mounts? I am needing it to have the links and spring mounts to work on a 2004 TJ (LJ). Thanks.
A — Staff (Artec Team): No. this is a full axle width truss so you won't want to use this in a TJ/LJ. Search TJ1054 for the Sterling TJ swap kit.
I'm looking to purchase this truss. I am putting a 10.5 in a 97 jeep Cherokee xj, I'm going to be SOA, would i be able to mount leaf spring perches on the truss? Or what would i need to do? Thank you
A — Staff (Artec Team): You would not beable to mount leaf perches to this truss , due to the width being wider then the XJ spring location, You would want to run our Modular rear truss with Perches or U bolt eliminator kit
dose this axle truss increase the axles carrying capacity ?
A — Staff (Artec Team): It will strengthen the axle and provide support across the pumpkin and tubes, but does not increase internal component capacity so we can not technically advertise it as capable of increasing carrying capacity.
How much does this unit weigh? Thanks.
A — Staff (Artec Team): Shipping weight is 46 lbs.
Excellent
