Money Well Spent

Disclaimer I was asked by Artec to write a review for the chance to receive a 150.00 gift card. However that holds no weight on my review of this product. When i received my 1000 order from Artec I was missing one of the pieces to this combo bracket. More specifically the small shock tab. As well as receiving the wrong adjustable inner link frame mounted link bracket. However let me say that Artecs customer service is top notch. I called them up twice (please read above for missing and wrong parts delivered) and they took care of me both times on separate occasions. They immediately went to work and sent out the correct items no questions asked. It would appear all of their brackets (not just this shocklink combo bracket) are lazer cut. They are cold rolled super strong super beefy. They fit perfect and have perfect bends to weld together. It doesnt come rusted everything is clean just like pictured. So i give them 5 stars. Initially i was kind of pissed but they fixed the problem with no headache. once again way to go. Ill probably shop here again if i need something for another build. Besides you cant beat their prices for lazer cut 14 cold rolled steel that comes bent ready to weld. It would cost you more in tools and time to do it all yourself. Nice job Artec
