Ive used Artec trusses on several axles and they are always quality pieces. Everything fits as it should and they are beefy strong. This SD 60 truss is no different.
This product is built heavy duty comes wrapped up so there is no guessing what goes where shipping has been great I have ordered a lot of parts and have more to order for my project.
Great quality product. Well made and strong. Fits together nicely and also fits right up to the axle with little to no fitting (after axle prep). Would buy again for another project. Would be cool to see Artec make some YouTube Tip videos with the product.
Love the axle truss the hardest part was just cutting all the brackets off on the axle looks nice in my tj
Low profile Truss looks great fits great the biggest problem is there should be a simple set of instructions. Simple to advise the easy steps for installation such as should be welded to he pumpkin or not I called and got two different answers I would rather not weld to pumpkin your photo gallery doesnt have any welded to it so I still dont know the right answer. set in place on axle tack weld to axle remove top finish welding to axle then place top on and weld or assemble and weld then place on axle and weld. Great product just lack of instruction creates a poor product. Advise would be appreciated just dont like trying to weld cast iron pumpkin to steel truss if not necessary. I have to ball joint dana 60 92-97 ford front with the low profile truss
Ive used a dozen or so of these trusses on both 99-04 leaf version 05 coil versions along with the tjxjzj trusses with coil mounts. Each time its a perfect fit for the assembly of the truss to fitment on the axle.
This truss fit perfect. Very good high quality. Definitely recommend artec industries. Cant wait to have the extra money to order the rear truss and brackets.
I can tell you cutting back the chunck is a task... but this truss fits together amd on the axle perfectly. Make sure you sand and clean the metal before welding.
Very well designed. Was truly impressed how well it was cut out. Everything fit together exactly how it should.
