MANAGER
THEY WERE A DIRECT FIT . LOOKED LIKE THEY BELONGED THERE WHEN FINISHED . HAD TO NOTCH THE UPPERS A LITTLE FOR THE AFTERMARKET SWAY BAR BRACKET
These gussets are heavy duty and precisely made. No trimming was required to fit these up. No interference with steering rotation.
C Gussets
Just looking at the stock Cs on my jeep made me nervous every time I went offroad. These C gussets are easy to install and huge piece of mind.
Review of C Gussets
Product is exactly as advertised. Perfect fit My welder advised he had done numerous gussets over the years and these were by far the most heavy duty hed seen.

C-gussets fit perfectly no problems at All. they welded up great and wow you can feel the diff is stronger.
Will these work on a
A — Staff (Artec Team): Yes The C Gussets will work with modification on the Recon 44 you will need to split the gusset down the center tack the sides into place and weld up the seam
Are these Gussets compatible with both Dana 44 front and rear axles? Thanks!
A — Staff (Artec Team): The C gussets will only work on the front D30 & D44 axles
Will these fit the dana ultimate 44?
A — Staff (Artec Team): We have not tested the inner c gussets fitment on a Ultimate D44 . only a JK30 / Jk44
Will this work with the new Rubicon Recon edition which has larger inner c's?
A — Staff (Artec Team): Yes. The only modification that needs to be done is to widen the top inner c pieces. You can do this by simply using an angle grinder with a cutoff wheel and cut next to bend on the middle face and spread the bracket apart and reweld it back together. You don't have to completely cut off the sides, just slot it almost to the edge and slide it over the c and weld together again.
