We have dealt with Artec for quite some time and continue to buy thier products such as the JK 1 ton 14 bolt 52 tooth tone ring set. During the course of our last purchase somehow our product was delivered to the wrong company. When we notified Artec about the error their representative was genuinely concerned and took ownership of the mistake even though it was the post offices. True to their longstanding reputation with us Artec sent us a replacement part overnight at thier cost. As usual the part fit perfectly and our customer never even knew there was a problem. Thank you Artec and keep up the good work
