Awesome tray!

This is my second time purchasing one of these trays. The first was for my YJ. The most recent was for my 71 Dodge Charger as the PO was using a Bungie as a battery hold down. The quality on these is just fantastic. Fantastic product at an amazing price. Artec rocks

Does this battery mount hold an Optima 34/78 battery? The battery specs say the battery is 6.94" W x 10.06" L x 7.88" T. which is different than the inside dimensions for this mount. Am I missing something?

A — Staff (Artec Team): The dimensions we list are overall dimensions so you can measure space available to place the mount. They are designed to fit the Group 34 Mounts as described, which includes the 34/78 version.

Will this work with the Optima D34/78, allowing access to the side post style connections? Thanks in advance

A — Staff (Artec Team): Yes this should work for the side post terminals. You will have to place the battery with the terminals to the front as it is open on this side.
