Will this bumper fit on a 2021 Jeep Wrangler ( JL )

What do I do about the passenger opening on the bumper on non a Rubicon package JT ?
A — Staff (Artec Team): You can get a Passenger side tow hook from Jeep to run a tow hook on both sides
