A great fit!

This kit gives a great option for high steer and crossover steering that is more affordable than getting entirely new knuckles (from Reid or others). It goes together great and the instructions are clear.

This kit was built perfectly Made for very beautiful welds rob.welds_ for pictures of finished product. Factory wheels will not allow fitment. Backspacing is required

Good Product

I received this item and mocked it up on my 09 Super Duty JK swap. Like all Artec stuff these laser cut parts fit nice and look good. I did however decide not to use this on my build. Primarily due to the loss in steering angle and ackerman this geometry provides. This seems like a great option for buggies or off road rigs but mine will be a daily driver. Would be nice if Artec pointed these limitations out in product description. still an Artec fan)

Great purchase. Quality is great a little bit of trimming and the fitment is nice

Great product. Had to trim quite a bit to get a nice fit but after install it works great for the cost.

Could fit better but overall a nice product

Had to do a lot more grinding than I expected to make every thing fit correctly. For the price it should fit perfectly.

What is the max backspacing? The wheels I want to run are greater than 4.5”.

Hi, quick question—if I install this on my '05 Dana 60, will it fit a 20x9 wheel with 5 inches of backspacing?

Would these fit on a UD 60?

A — Staff (Artec Team): No, These will only fit a 2005 and newer ford superduty 60 knuckle

I am making my own heim steering kit. Will I be able to fit FKs 1 1/4 " heims in this kit?

Will the weld on high steer arms work with factory or gm tie rod ends ?

A — Staff (Artec Team): The Weld on high steer arms will not work with tie rod ends, they are intended to be run with our SK1404 Steering kits

will these work on 2001 f250 axle or do you offer a setup that will work. it is no longer sitting on leafsprings has been converted to links and coilovers but needing to upgrade steering too

A — Staff (Artec Team): The HS6150 Will only work on the 2005+ Axles for the 99-04 Axle you will need to run the HS6152

What is the steering kit suggested for use with this product? application example Put in an XJ.

A — Staff (Artec Team): You noted kit SK 1402,do you mean SK1404? Searched 1402 with "no product found" results. SK1402 was phased out about 2 years ago and replaced by SK1404

Does the kit still allow use of the vacuum hubs? Can you put both hiems on the outer positions - heim that connects to the steering box and the heim on the tie rod?

A — Staff (Artec Team): Yes you can retain the factory vacuum ports for the unit bearings , and mount both heims on the outter most hole

What wheel backspace is recommend to clear these brackets? Can I run a 17x9 4.5in backspace wheel?

A — Staff (Artec Team): a 17" wheel with 4.5" backspacing should clear with no issues .
