What is the inside spacing?

A — Staff (Artec Team): the inside width on the Br1067 is 2.63"

What is the delivered bolt hole size?

A — Staff (Artec Team): These come with a 9/16" Hole, but can be drilled to accept as large as a 3/4" Bolt.
