8.8 axle truss

8.8 truss went together perfectly. This thing is a work of art Couldnt believe how exact it was cut to fit. Excellent Havent had a chance to hit the trails yet but Im sure it fixed the problem.

What can I say about this other that BEEFY This is one nice hunk of top quality steel and I cant wait to get it all welded up and on my Bronco Not only was this an easy transaction I receive the item in 3 days Great product and service.

Quality and workmanship is outstanding. I used the truss to build out an 8.8 assembly upgrade for a Jeep YJ. Fit perfectly and looks even better. It was so strong I used twice the force to straighten the axle housing I normally have used in the past during pre-assembly. Absolutely will use Artec trusses in every build I do. Everyone is asking me to build these for them.

part went on extremely well with vary little adjustments had to trim a little to clear breather hole. the rest went fine as with all of the trusses I have installed from them

Do you still have the Jeep YJ SUA perches available that work with the 8.8 modular truss? I can't find them on the site. As well - is it still recommended to weld the tubes with the truss or does the truss deal with that?

I already have the 8.8 installed in my YJ SUA with correct pinion angle. Would installing this truss require removing the existing leaf spring perches, shock mounts?

A — Staff (Artec Team): you will be fine mounting the truss on a Sua or soa yj the only thing you will need to do is possibly redo the hard brake line and possibly the breather location may need to be relocated

is there any modification needed to be done to the pinion bridge when welding on the truss .

A — Staff (Artec Team): Depending on your pinion angle and truss placement you will need to trim the pinion bridge to accommodate your build prior to welding it into position.

Will this work for a Gbody Car when doing the 8.8 swap?

A — Staff (Artec Team): We have not tested it on a G-Body, The Truss is 32" long , 3.25" wide and sits 1" above the diff the tallest section is 12.5" wide before it starts to taper down .

I purchased this truss, but it didn't have any welding instructions. Is there anything available?

Would this truss kit work with the factory SOA perches? I am looking to truss the 8.8 in the rear of my Ford Ranger.

A — Staff (Artec Team): The overall width of this truss is only about 31", so if you have that much space between the leafs then this will work perfect for you.

Do you have the option for mj (comanche) spring over perches?
